The MV2 uses a 25-watt incandescent bulb, which offers a bright and focused light output for effective signaling. The VDC models utilize a belt-driven rotating reflector for quiet and reliable operation, while the 115 VAC model utilizes a direct drive for simplified maintenance. A durable anodized aluminum base ensured long-lasting performance and resistance to environmental conditions. The DC model of the MV2 has a current draw of 2.2 amps at 12 VDC, which ensures efficient operation and power consumption.
